国際ビジネス、渉外法務に役立つ実務表現 incorporator 【意味】 (会社の)発起人 【参考】 ▷ an individual who files the Articles of Incorporation on behalf of a business, thereby incorporating the business. ▷ わが国では、「会社の発起人」を”incorporator”と、「会社以外の発起人」を”founder”と、区別して表記している。 【用例】 ▷ In order to incorporate a Stock Company, incorporator(s) shall prepare articles of incorporation, and all incorporators shall sign or affix the name(s) and seal(s) to it. →株式会社を設立するには、発起人が定款を作成し、その全員がこれに署名し、又は記名押印しなければならない(会社法26条1項)。
